An Ozark County teen was arrested for illegally using someone else’s debit card. 18 year old Cheyanne Wiggins allegedly used a man’s debit card who she was helping fill out paperwork at the hospital. Wiggins faces 8 felony charges and a misdemeanor charge of theft of property
