A Baxter County man has been arrested for breaking into a medical drug pump at Baxter Regional Medical Center. 36 year old Timothy Strain was given probation for 6 years for damaging medical equipment and was ordered to pay restitution of $6,700 to Baxter Regional Medical Center.
