A West Plains woman has been charged for hindering the arrest of an alleged shooter. 22 Samantha Rae Burlin was arrested after refusing to open her door for police who were searching for a man they believed was involved in two shootings. Burlin is charged with hindering the prosecution of a felony. Her bond was set at $2,500
