The Arkansas State Police and The Arkansas Game and Fish arrested two men on drug charges after they were stopped in Batesville. Officers found narcotics and a glass smoking pipe along with two rifles. 54 year old Michael Andrew Mitchell and 59 year old Robert William Mitchell were both arrested on a probable cause with felony charges pending.
