A man from Thayer who escaped custody of law enforcement on October 14th ini Jonesboro was captured Saturday in Texas County. Spencer Langston escaped from authorities while being transported to St Bernard’s Behavioral Health. Langston was arrested Saturday and was taken to the Texas County Detention Center awaiting extradition back to Arkansas. Langston was arrested in early October for assaulting a law enforcement officer in Lawrence County Arkansas.
