Howell County 911 has released their summary of activity for the month of October. 911 answered 2,230 call, with 1,987 of the calls going to emergency service agencies. 1,182 were for Law Enforcement, 508 for Medical and 297 for Fire, Rescue and First Responders. 70 percent of the call were made from cell phones.
