A woman from Alton was injured in a one vehicle accident Wednesday morning west of Doniphan. The Highway Patrol reports that 67 year old Francis Perkins suffered minor injuries when dove off the road and hit a tree. The accident happened on highway 142, 18 miles west of Doniphan. Perkins was taken to Ozarks Medical Center in West Plains.
