A Mountain View Missouri man was arrested by the Highway Patrol last night in Howell County. 31 year old Johnson Burks was arrested on a felony warrant from Lawrence County for probation violation for stealing a motor vehicle, a felony Howell County warrant for second degree burglary, felony possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams of marijuana, meth, felony resisting arrest for a felony by fleeing and a misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. He is being held in Howell County jail without bond.
