For justice of the peace district 2, the incumbent Lynn Guffy is challenged by Roger Kinder. For justice of the peace in district 3, the incumbent Burton Yarnell is challenged by Joanna Defoe. For justice of the peace district 4, the incumbent Seth Martin is challenged by Gary Phillips. For justice of the peace district 5, the incumbent, Johnny Moody will face Robert Elliot. For justice of the peace district 7, the incumbent Ray Matthew is challenged by Shade Overman. For justice of the peace district 8, the incumbent Jack Haney is challenged by Jackie Pickett. For justice of the peace district 9 Mark Cooper and Carrie Andrews have both filed for the position. Monday we will take a look at the filings in Sharp County.
