Authorities in Fulton County have arrested a man on felony drug charges. Jason Rivers was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, distribution of a controlled substance near a church, possession with intent to deliver and he is also charged as an habitual offender. Rivers was arrested after a home visit by the 16th judicial drug task force , Arkansas Department of Community Corrections, and the Mammoth Spring Police Department.
