A Baxter County woman who was arrested earlier this month along with two men on misdemeanor theft charges has her charges amended. 22 year old Rebecca Higgins of Clarkridge now faces a charge of felony residential burglary and misdemeanor theft of property. Higgins bond on the new charges is set at $10,000.
