The highway Patrol Arrested a man from Ava early this morning in Howell County. 48 year old Billy Rogers was arrested for felony possession of meth, misdemeanor driving while intoxicated-drugs, failure to maintain a single lane, failure to signal and no seat belt. He was taken to Howell County jail where he was cited and released.
