Two people have been arrested on drug charges after a joint investigation by the Texas County Sheriff’s Department, South Central Drug Task Force, Missouri State Highway Patrol and Licking Police. 40 year old Dawn Lord of Licking and 34 year old William Keller of Salem Missouri were both arrested on charges of felony possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Their bonds were set at $25,000 each
