A man from Oxly was arrested by the Highway patrol in Ripley County Saturday. 47 year old Joseph Bryeans was arrested for unlawful possession of a weapon and for driving while suspended and no seat belt. He was taken to Ripley County jail and placed on 24 hour hold.
