A Cabool man reports that he lost $32,100 attempting to buy a motor home online. The 62 year old said he found the home listed on ebay in Michigan and he had sent a wire transfer to an account provided by the seller. The Seller’s account had been hacked and he was provided fraudulent account numbers to send the money to. The man said he contacted the bank trying to stop the transfer but was not able to. The man says he has completed an internet crime complaint form with the FBI and contacted the fraud departments at his bank and ebay.
