A deputy has been cleared in a shooting that left a suspect and a deputy dead in Stone County. The ruling from the Arkansas State police is that Deputy Michael Stephen and Deputy Sean Hickman were justified in the use of deadly force in the shootout that killed the suspect, identified as Samuel Fullerton and deputy Stephen. A Woman at the house where the shooting took place was injured in the shooting. Stephen was wearing a body camera at the time of the shootout. Authorities say that Fullerton fired 12 rounds, while Stephen fired 9 rounds and Deputy Hickman fired three rounds.
