A West Plains man has been arrested after allegedly beating his girlfriend. 33 year old Bradley Scott Kosemund was arrested on charges of first degree assault with serious physical injury. Kosemund allegedly punched his girlfriend in the face several time cause 5 fractures which required surgery. Kosemund’s bond was set at $50,000
