The number has grown to 215 recorded deaths in AR alone all as a result of the flu. 161 of the deaths were people over 65 and 5 were 18 or younger. The Arkansas Department of Health also says that these numbers only include a portion of flu related cases because not everyone goes to the doctor and only those can be reported.
