A man convicted of first degree murder in 2010, will be in court in Howell County on Monday. 48 year old Shawn Curtis Hanna of Poplar Bluff will have his case reviewed. Hanna was convicted in Howell County on a change of venue from Carter County. Hanna was charged with shooting his father 56 year old Ralph Hanna in 2003 at Ralph Hanna’s home in Ellsinore. He has appealed his conviction twice.
