A man from Naylor suffered serious injuries in an accident Friday afternoon in Ripley County. The Highway Patrol reports that 23 year old Jacob Joplin was injured when he drove into the path of a Mack Truck. The accident happened on highway 160 just west of County Line Road. Joplin was taken to Polar Bluff regional Medical Center.
