A man from Naylor was arrested by the Highway patrol Saturday afternoon in Ripley County. 37 year old Larry Robins was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance meth, possession of marijuana less than 10 grams, possession of paraphernalia, and a St Charles PD Warrant. He was taken to Ripley County jail and placed on a 24 hour hold.
