North Arkansas Electric Cooperative is returning $3 million in capitol credits to its members, the second largest in the company’s history. Members with refunds of $50 or more are receiving checks, non-members with refunds of $2 or more are also receiving checks. Members with less than $50 refund will have that credited to their electric bill.
