A man from Ellsinore has been arrested in connection with the death of a woman in Elsinore. 27 year old Dakota Taylor was arrested after 56 year old Kathryn Hall was found at a home on Rt 2 in Ellsinore. Hall had been assaulted and was seriously injured and was taken to an area hospital where she passed away. Taylor is charged with first degree domestic assault, unlawful use of a weapon and armed criminal action. More charges are expected.
