A Stone county Arkansas Woman has been arrested on felony drug charges. 40 year old Regina Thomas was arrested after authorities found a baggie of a crystalline substance, that tested positive as meth. Thomas is charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, she was taken to the Stone County jail.
