A Mountain Home man has been sentenced to 4 years in Prison. 36 year old Stephen Isreal Osborne was arrested back in June on drug charges. Late last week Osborne pled no contest and was sentenced to 4 years in prison, for possession of meth and paraphernalia to ingest meth.
