A man from Licking has been arrested after a high speed chase. The Chase began in Licking on highway 63 and reached speeds up to 100 mph. The chase ended when the man crashed his car. Matthew Randall II was arrested and faces charges of speeding, careless and imprudent driving, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway, driving while suspended, second offense, driving while intoxicated, resisting arrest by fleeing, and failure to obey a police officer.
