A Marion County woman has been arrested for introducing a controlled substance into the body of a juvenile. 33 year old Kelley Nicole Moore of Flippin faces a class y felony count of introducing a controlled substance into the body of another. The Juvenile tested positive for meth, amphetamine and cannabinoids. Moore is being held on $20,000 bond.
