Izard County Sheriff Earnie Blackley has passed away. Sheriff’s Blackley announced back in June that he had stage 4 lung cancer. Visitation for Sheriff Blackley will be held Tuesday evening from 6 to 8 pm at the First Baptist Church in Melbourne and Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2 at the church.
