A man from Thornfield who called the Sheriff’s office has been arrested for hitting a man with a gun and shooting at his vehicle. 54 year old Robert Morris was arrested in December for hitting a man in the face with a gun then discharging a shotgun at the man’s vehicle. Morris was charged with first degree attempted assault, armed criminal action and unlawful use of a weapon. He is being held without bond.
