On New Year’s Day the Izard County Sheriff’s Department made a traffic stop on highway 223 in the Pineville area. As a result of the stop they arrested a Pineville man on felony drug charges. During te Stop, an officer found a small bag containing a crystalline substance that field tested positive for meth. 34 year old Bobby Wayne Hubbard of Pineville was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance and he is also a habitual offender. Hubbard’s bond was set at $10,000.
