An accident in Cotter injured a pedestrian and killed a dog. 64 year old Dennis Rogers was injured when a vehicle driven by 72 year old Jerry Morrison of Gassville hit Rogers who was walking his dog. The dog was killed and Rogers suffered minor injuries and was taken to Baxter Regional Medical Center.
