
Icey roads were the cause of three accident in Texas County that left four people with injuries. The first accident happened around 7 last night on Rt MM north of Dunn. The Highway Patrol reports that 72 year old Bonnie Mulder of Cabool suffered moderate injuries and 27 year old Cassandra Kelley of Cabool suffered minor injuries when Kelley slid on ice covered roads, traveled off the road and overturned the SUV she was driving. Both women were taken to Texas County Memorial Hospital. The second accident happened around 7:10 on U.S 63 north of Licking when 68 year old Betty Quick of L:icking went off the side of the ice covered road and hit a rock wall. Quick suffered minor injuries and was taken to Phelps Health In Rolla. The third accident happened around 8:20 on U.S 63 north of Licking, when 22 year old Elizabeth Bauer of St Louis slid on ice covered roads and traveled off the roadway and overturned her vehicle. Bauer suffered moderate injuries and was taken to Phelps County Regional Medical Center in Rolla.
