The state of Missouri has awarded 196 business dispensary licenses to distribute medical marijuana and two of those are in West Plains. Harvest of Missouri LLC and OWGIII LLC both receive license. There were nine applications for West Plains but just two selected. The next closest dispensary will be in Mountain Grove.
