According to police a man from Pocahontas was texting while driving, when he was involved in a fatality accident last year. 32 year old Joseph Huddleston has been charged with negligent homicide and the use of telecommunications device while driving. The Crash happened in March of last year on highway 67 in Walnut Ridge. According to the report, Huddleston crossed the centerline and hit a vehicle head-on, killing 16 year old Eason Adams of Bono.
