The Fulton County Quorum Court met in special session Friday and appointed Former judge and justice of the peace Jim Bicker as Fulton County Judge to fill the unexpired term of Jim Kendrick who resigned on Thursday. Bicker will assume the duties immediately. Bicker will serve until December 2022.
