Two Medical Marijuana dispensaries will be located in the Southern Hills Shopping Area in West Plains. OWG III LLC and Harvest of Missouri LLC were two of almost two hundred licenses that were granted in Missouri. There were six applications for license in West Plains that were denied. OWG III LLC is owned by a Springfield Company and Harvest of Missouri is owned by an Arizona based company.
