A West Plains man has pled guilty to felony first degree sexual abuse in Oregon County. 71 year old Larry Sheeler was originally charged with three counts of first degree sexual assault. The incident involved Sheeler inappropriately touching an incapacitated person in 2016. He will be back in court in Oregon County on April 7th for sentencing. Sheeler has also been charged in another case with property damage in Douglas County.
