A man from Winona was arrested by the Highway Patrol in Dent County. 30 year old Justin Foster was arrested on a felony warrant from Texas County for forced entry, second degree burglary, and three misdemeanor warrants from Shannon County for careless and imprudent driving, possession of marijuana and no insurance. He was taken to the Dent County Jail.
