A man from Doniphan suffered serious injuries in an accident east of Doniphan Friday morning. The Highway Patrol reports that 50 year old Dale Huckabee was injured when he drove off the road and struck and embankment then overturned the pickup he was driving. Huckabee was taken by air evac to Mercy Hospital in St Louis. The accident happened on county road 11-2 about 7 miles east of Doniphan.
