A St Louis man wanted on murder charges has shot himself in Marion County Arkansas. James Kempf was charged with second degree murder, assault and two counts of armed criminal action. U.S marshals had surrounded him at a cabin in Marion County when he shot himself. Kempf allegedly shot both his wife and father-in-law a week earlier with the same gun he shot himself with.
