A Gainesville man was arrested by the Highway Patrol Sunday afternoon in Ozark County. The Highway patrol reports that 40 year old Franklin Treece was arrested on felony Ozark County warrants for DWI, traffic offense and failure to obey judges order. Driving while revoked, no proof of insurance and no seatbelt. He was taken to the Ozark County Sheriff’s Department.
