Authorities in Randolph County are investigating a suspicious death and have a person of interest in the case. Deputies were called to a residence near Maynard for an intoxicated man who had passed out. The person had allegedly been involved in a physical altercation. He was taken to a hospital where he later died. The man was identified as 33 year old Brandon Will of Jonesboro. A man identified as Kelly “Nubs” Dawson has been named a person of interest by Randolph County Authorities. Dawson is the brother of Telly Dawson who was allegedly in a relationship with Will. Dawson was arrested on unrelated charges of failure to register as a sex offender. He is being held in Randolph County Will’s body was sent to the Arkansas State Medical Examiners Office to determine the cause of death.
