A Stone County man was arrested after a compliance check. 58 year old Randy Stewart was arrested when officers found illegal drug paraphernalia and drugs including meth. Stewart is charged with possession of a controlled substance with the purpose to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia to use meth, possession of drug paraphernalia to analyze and weigh meth, and maintaining a drug premises. He is also charged as a habitual offender.
