A Batesville Man Charged With Internet Stalking Of A Child Is Sentenced

A Batesville man has been sentenced to five years in prison for internet stalking of a child. 28 year old Tython Michael Jungers pleaded guilty to internet stalking of a child and judge Tim Weaver sentenced him to 60 months in prison. Jungers allegedly arranged to meet a girl at a shopping center, but did not know he had been talking to an investigator with the Sheriff’s department. He was arrested at the shopping center. The incident happened in January of 2019.
