A woman from Plato suffered serious injuries in an accident last night north of Roby. The Highway Patrol says that 72 year old Kathy Chenoweth was injured when she drove off the road and struck a fence and a tree. Chenoweth was taken to Texas County Memorial Hospital. The accident happened on highway 17 about 5 miles north of Roby.
