A Baxter County man who was arrested at a man’s house armed with a shotgun and a sword has been sentenced to two months in jail. 29 year old Kip Edward Swadley allegedly threatened a Briar Cliff man. Swadley entered a negotiated plea of guilty to aggravated assault. Swadley will also be on probation for 72 months.
