A man from Harviell was arrested by the Highway Patrol Friday afternoon in Ripley County. 31 year old Larry Rudd was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance, meth, a Butler county warrant for no insurance, a Poplar Bluff warrant for unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, marijuana and no insurance. He as taken to the Butler County jail and placed on a 24 hour hold.
