A Kansas City man is being held in Shannon County after his arrest Saturday by the Highway Patrol. 21 year old Austin Boyd was arrested for felony possession with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while suspended, speeding, seat belt, Mountain View misdemeanor warrant and a Shannon County misdemeanor warrant. He was taken to the Shannon County Jail.
