Authorities in Texas County say a plane crashed Saturday afternoon near Cabool. According to the Highway patrol the 86 year old pilot and a 66 year old passenger both from Rolla both suffered only minor injuries. They say the plane crashed around 3:30 Saturday afternoon near highway PP and Hamilton Road. The highway Patrol say the Pilot told them that the cockpit filled with smoke and tat they crashed while trying to return to the airport.
