A woman from Hoxie was arrested Tuesday afternoon in Walnut Ridge after fleeing from police by running down the railroad tracks causing a Union Pacific Train to have to stop. 40 year old Kristy Besson was arrested and charged with criminal trespass and public intoxication. She was taken to the Lawrence County Detention Center.
